Q5: Why the air conditioner cannot output heating?
A5:May the reversing valve be stucked for some reason. Please tap the reversing valve with a rubber mallet. Contact us if it still doesn't work.
Q6: Why the air volume of the air conditioner smaller than before?
A6: Possibly the air line was clogged. Please remove the obstacles in the return air stream and clean up the return air filter and grille. Check for crushed or restricted pipes and keep the pipe as straight, smooth and tight as possible.
